Earth Sustaining Symbiotic Biotechnology

Wayne Sampey

Founder, and Executive Director
A sustainable management specialist, biosciences practitioner & biotechnologist, Sampey, created the Earth Sustaining Sciences Symbiotic Aquatic BioReactor (SABR), the world’s only proven all-natural, economic, environmentally viable proven solution for process affected 0-14 pH metalliferous and metalloid laden water & soils management in mining and extractive operations, agricultural soil remediation and rehabilitation additionally providing cost effective natural crop growth by developing and advancing sustaining multichannel bionutrification methodologies.
For decades as specialists in mining, intensive agriculture, natural and disturbed environmental remediation, rehabilitation and management solutions,  Earth Sustaining Sciences, delivered a world-first, range of all-natural, cost-effective intergenerationally adaptive ecosocietal biological systems and processes, solving wide-ranging previously thought untreatable oppressive environmental risks and hazards inclusive of contaminated and depleted lands, soil and water, and  hyper-nutrient and, hyper-salinity saturation, rogue pH, and associated metalliferous, and metalloid effluents. Earth Sustaining Sciences processes utilise naturally developed biological, biogenic and biosphere benign methods, providing minimum change for maximum benefit solutions and ecosocietally prosperous outcomes. Following Sampey’s realisation that studies into plants’ hosting of diverse communities of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, archaea, and protists, demonstrated limited real understanding of the full symbiotic effects on the phyllosphere of any given plant by the majority of microbial colonists. The mainstream of global research was into rhizospheric effects. Hence, with  Earth Sustaining Sciences, SymECulture®, (symbiotic ecological cultivation), an ontogenetic research approach was developed over many years of self-funded dedicated research and development in symbiotically coupling multiple fine-tuned plant  variables, primarily anchored by tailored biostimulated and matured natural microbiota soil and cultivation medium structuring processes through matured minimal risk natural microbiota bionutrient enrichment and management processes followed; delivering final success in 2019. The extension of SymECulture® through Earth Sustaining Sciences Symbiotic Biotechnology’s developments into the combined biological servicing of plant rhizosphere and phyllosphere microbial life characteristics also led to the development of fully enriched phyllosphere advancing processes and therefore improved biopharmaceutical and plant derived nutraceuticals. Sampey created and perfected BioSolve, BioStim, BioGrow, BioNute, BioMax, BioActivate, BioBind, BioBoard, BioBrick, and BioSeal systems, a series of natural soil management, dust management, soils formation and stabilisation, tailings and spoils dam sealing and agricultural soil management, fertigation, growth enhancement and management processes. Together with Daemon de Chaeney, he developed the Ecomining® Operational, Environmental, Ecological, and Societal/Social Assessment, design, and solutions applications, including a world first reconciliatory Audit System, an economic, commercial/societal resources management solutions model delivering a new environmental security bonding approach to environmental disturbance. With The Earth Sustaining Sciences Institute, he has created the world’s first all-natural, economic Bioorganic Desalination System SABRBODS, which in 2016 delivered 66% salinity reduction in African, Papua New Guinea, and Australian mining and industrial waters, and now delivers up to 98% salinity reduction in high salinity agricultural soils and seawater desalination (environmentally managed effluent), with process stabilisation of reaction works progressing to deliver a fully sustainable process. In 2019, following extensive research and global trials, he perfected SymECulture Symbiotic Ecological Cultivation High Quality, High Yield, Reduced Cost, All-Natural Intergenerationally Advancing Cultivation. The processes utilise naturally developed biological, biogenic and biosphere benign methods, providing minimum change for maximum benefit solutions with ecosocietally prosperous outcomes.
