Berete’s incredible work ethic and passion, coupled with significant knowledge, exceptional tasks completion, further learning, and knowledge sharing led to him being granted a full scholarship with the Earth Sustaining Sciences Institute, where he completed, with honours, the Occupational Health Safety and Risk, and Environmental Ecology programs to became a highly respected technical practitioner in risk and complex ecology management, excelling in the functional in the delivery of the Symbiotic Aquatic BioReactor Hazardous Soils, Waters and Effluents remediation, and management advancing to a Fellow of The Earth Sustaining Sciences Institute.
